Call for aid

Call for aid inspection software

The emergency pull cord beside an accessible toilet, and the lamp-and-buzzer housing outside that restroom door. Its own discipline, its own report, twelve checks per station.

12checks per station
2voltages supported: 24 VDC and 120 VAC
1report of its own, separate from fire alarm

Checks in the order you actually walk them

Seven checks inside the restroom first: cord attached, reachable from the toilet, hangs to the floor, undamaged, unobstructed, and the instruction plate legible and securely mounted. Then five outside the door: lens in place, housing secure, and, pulling the cord, light illuminates, buzzer sounds, and it resets correctly afterward.

The sequence matches how the job is really done, so nobody walks in and out of the same restroom twice.

A discipline in its own right

Call for aid is not buried inside the fire alarm report. Each station is set up on the property with a station number, location description, optional floor, and the unit’s voltage, 24 VDC or 120 VAC, and produces its own inspection and its own report.

Do it on the same visit as fire alarm, emergency lighting and extinguishers and you get each report plus a combined one.

Common questions

Is call for aid included, or an add-on?
Included. All fifteen inspection programs are in the one flat rate. There are no per-discipline modules to buy.
Can one visit cover several disciplines?
Yes. A single property visit can carry fire alarm, emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, call for aid, kitchen hoods, fire doors and the water-based services together, each with its own report plus a combined report.

The other disciplines

One visit can cover every discipline the property has, each with its own report plus a combined one.
